Service Description

The premier crisis prevention program for your school. We will implement brief exercises into students' daily routines, including breath work, meditation, journaling, gratitude exercises, laughter and language exercises, kindness and compassion exercises, and awareness.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancelation under 2 hours will be charged half of the service fee if not rescheduled within 1 week (only valid once per booked session.) Cancelation of 24 hours or less will be a $10 charge.
